Our Story
United Gaming Operator was built by retail business owners - not just gaming executives.
Before we ever placed a terminal, we were independent business owners ourselves. We know what it means to rely on every square foot, every player visit, and every dollar of uptime. We’ve lived the realities of audits, staffing shortages, thin margins, and machines that have to work.
Founded and licensed in 2019, we launched Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) operations in Illinois in 2025. While we’re new to the state, we’re not new to distributed gaming. Our team brings years of experience operating and managing gaming across multiple formats and jurisdictions, paired with a deep understanding of what local Illinois businesses actually need to succeed.
